In a move that has surprised many, Bill Clinton rape accuser Juanita Broaddrick has been banned from Twitter. This comes after she made several tweets accusing Bill Clinton of sexual assault.
According to a report from Fox News, Twitter informed Broaddrick she was locked out of her account for “violating the policy on spreading misleading and potentially harmful information related to COVID-19.”
Apparently, Broaddrick’s tweet “challenged the effectiveness of the coronavirus vaccines, suggested that pharmaceutical companies enormously profited because of them, and conspicuously claimed the vaccines ‘alter DNA.’”
The following is Broaddrick’s controversial tweet from April 9: “When will this vaccine crap be over? Big Pharma has profited enough for the next hundred years. Stop pushing vaccines that don’t work and alter DNA.”
The question on many people’s minds is why did Twitter decide to do this now?
Broaddrick has been vocal about her allegations against Bill Clinton for years, and even though he was never charged with a crime, many believe her. What ever happened to believe all women?
In fact, Bill Clinton’s approval rating among women has dropped significantly in recent years due to the #MeToo movement and women taking a stand against sexual assault and harassment.
As expected, Twitter has come under fire for banning one of Bill Clinton’s rape accusers. Resurfacing one of the many injustices Americans believe the Clinton family has been able to get away with over the years.
Back in 2016, Broaddrick recounted her interaction with Hillary in an interview with The Daily Wire: “She threatened me at that fundraiser, that’s foremost in my mind,” she said.
“I’ll never forget that; I’ll never forget that encounter with her that people keep minimizing, saying that, ‘Well, she didn’t mean that,” Broaddrick continued. “Well I knew… “I was there, I knew from the tone in her voice and how she changed when she said that. I knew what she meant; I just have absolutely no doubt.”
She added, “I felt like she knew [I was raped], it was just the look in her eyes and the anger on her face, because I was so afraid at that time of anyone knowing what had happened to me.”
Twitter has not commented on the banning of Broaddrick’s account. Bill Clinton has also not publicly responded to her allegations since she first made them in 1999.
Juanita Broaddrick was one of four women who accused Bill Clinton of sexual misconduct during his time as President of the United States.
The other women were Paula Jones, who accused Clinton of sexual harassment; Kathleen Willey, who accused Clinton of groping her without consent; and Monica Lewinsky, with whom Bill Clinton had an affair while she was a White House intern.
This is all public knowledge. Which once again begs the question; Why is Twitter taking action now to silence Broaddrick?
